Are there any Fees or Extra Charges? Are there possible Fees or Extra Charges? Fees and Extra Charges are possible, but our detailers will let you know as soon as possible if they're seeing a reason to charge a fee. This let's you consider if you'd like to proceed with service or only pay for what you received so far. For a full break down, see our "Terms of Service - Fees & Extra Charges." Why are there Fees and Extra Charges? Basically we charge a fee if it will take a significant amount of extra time and energy to get your vehicle cleaned than a usual client's vehicle. Any one of our fees can easily increase the time it will take to complete a detail by an hour and sometimes more. What can a Refresh Detailer request to charge a fee for? A fee can be charged for any of the following and multiple fees can be charged. - Pet Hair Removal $10 - $50 - Extra Dirty Fee (Outisde) $5-$20 - Extra Dirty Fee (Inside) $10-$50 - Trash Removal $5-$20 How is the price of the fee determined? Our Refresh Detailers will inspect and use their knowledge to estimate the amount of extra time and energy it will take to complete a detail. Typically, a client will receive a fee estimation in the form of a range, because the actual amount of time and energy may be less or more than our Refresh Detailer expects when the work actually begins. For example: Client has a thick layer of pet hair that is covering all carpets and floor mats. The Refresh Detailer will tell the client to expect a Pet Hair Removal Fee in the range of $30-$50.
